Terms of Service

GENERAL
• i'm allowed to deny a request if i'm not comfortable with said requests, or conditions are not met
FOR VGEN if you checked the option "ok with reposting on socials" i will be using your commission as an exemple when promoting myself ( a watermark will be put over it to avoid stealing )
IF NOT ON VGEN please let me know if you're okay with it !PAYMENT
• Payment is UPFRONT and will be confirmed when everything is settled between us, if you have any questions regarding payments feel free to ask me !ABOUT CHARA DESIGN / ADOPTABLES• i'm okay with designing characters from scratch ( inspo pictures only and descriptions by text ) but prices will be according to what you're asking me to do
• my adoptable designs are not for commercial purposes unless stated so, or asked about with a proper price offer. DO NOT CLAIM TO HAVE CREATED THE DESIGN and please credit me that is all i ask for !REVISIONS
• Changes are okay during the sketch part, ONLY ! up to 3 free changes, then extra fees may apply
• If i'm working on an OC, I will also ask you to double check the colors to see if everything is to your liking
• NOTE : there will be no changes available past those processesDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• depending on your commission type, i can take up to 1-4 weeks to work on it, please keep in mind that I work on multiple commissionsUSE
• your commission will be yours only, PLEASE do not use it for commercial use if you have not picked that option (VGEN) or asked me beforehand (OUTSIDE OF VGEN)
• icons / header / profile layouts / use as a reference picture is OK ! ( credits aren't necessary but always appreciated )REFUNDS
• After the commission is done, there is NO REFUNDS
• refunds apply if : i do not meet the deadlines, if something gets on my way and makes it impossible for me to finish the commissionCOMMUNICATION
